Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc Announces Dividend Proposal

The Board of Directors of CSCS is pleased to announce as follows:

  • That the Board met on 28th of February 2017 to approve the Company’s Financials for the year ended 31st December 2017.
  • That following a resolution duly passed by the Board of Directors, the Board hereby recommends for shareholders’ approval at the next Annual General Meeting, a dividend of 70k per share to be paid to Shareholders in the Financial Year ended 31st December 2017.
